THE DANCE (II)

From moment of birth the rot sets in
We know our days are numbered
For some the days in thousands count
While others with shortness lumbered

Life is but a dance with death
Let's dance onward
While up above the gods they jest
And send their laughter sunward

So be it long, or be it short
We'll live this life
And spit in their eyes
No time to count the strife

We lost a few good ones this year, with the last one being Carrie Fisher of Star Wars. I am going to go to Rogue One tonight. It is set before the first Star Wars I saw. I used to have a Darth Vader doll which I would play out my favorite scene, the destruction of Aderaan by the Death Star.party Happy New Year!

Thank you mcradloff. Unfortunately we lost way too many good ones in 2016. Lets hope 2017 is a much better year.
