A sea of emotion.

Wistful sea,of our emotion,
the ebb and flow of sentiment.
Helpless to,the force of nature,
destined where,the wind has sent.

Continuum,relentless motion,
no port of call,in which to rest.
Here flows a tide,of resignation,
o'er undercurrent,of unrest.

No longer floating on the surface,
ride,the wave of discontent.
At last,the strength,to swim regardless,
until the time,all torment spent.

Laugh at all,tempestuous anger,
fear not,the pain,or sadness sink.
Relish all impassioned splendour,
till driven to the very brink.

Nice poem, I like "relish all impassioned splendour", yep, without emotion we might as well be dead, I want to feel everything, soak
it all up,, be alive. good job tomboygirl.

So it is kind of Pathetic!

Who is that friend of yours that you dedicate it to?

Is he/she alive?

Is he/she...knows about the poem?
