Homecoming (In memory of my dad)

His dimming eye
The shallowed breath, meets brow more furrowed, Eyes more wet. But he triumphant woke from sleep and walks with angels golden streets. Returned to mother father too as hallowed Son and Father wooed " Come sit and bathe, eternal light where ne're shall day return to night! " " No darkness here, no tragedy no sickness no calamity. " " It's as I promised, as you spoke to many without sight and hope. " And now my good and faithful son, your mission here on earth is done! Now rest! the battle hard was won. The race complete u set to run. And what of us? We must rejoice and join with your angelic voice in praise to God in heaven most high as shell in earth below resides.
