I'M INVISIBLE

I’M INVISIBLE

I’m invisible to others it seems
Drifting along as though in a dream
A dream where others can’t see me
But I can see them through the screen

Wandering about here and there
No one seeing me or seeming to care
Wondering if there is more to this in life
Like a puzzle piece not fitting quite right

Feeling at times like the Unicorn that missed the Ark
Never finding that missing puzzle part
Trying to fit in but not being heard
Eventually giving up and not saying a word

My voice is in a frequency no one can hear
Along with my body in a time warped mirror
So putting my Invisible Cloak on for another day
Going out in the world to try to find my way

Oh Kathy....when I have felt this way, I have usually dressed in my brightest colours, so I certainly know what you mean, and the words chosen in your poems, fits perfectly......but you are not invisible...as I'm sure you know...take care....Kathy NZ

Loved this write......I suppose many of us feel this way,life at times seems to pass us by.We on this corner at least some do care and you are so visible with the words you pour forth on these pages.God bless you.You are in my thoughts and prayers though I do not comment often but I do remember people in my prayers.You are not Invisible to god.He knows whats best.

Hello dear Kathy. ....as others have stated before me, you are not invisible, despite how much you may feel at times that you are. Sometimes that feeling becomes more prevalent than it does at other times, however you may be reminded that God sees you more than anyone else, and what a blessing it is to know that.....as you most certainly do.....will bring back a write of mine as a reminder....stay strong.
