Oath
To you, I give my heart.
A solemn oath I give.
Never will my love depart.
So long as I live.
I will be your shade.
When hot and weary.
And be your bed,
When tired and dreary.
And when you're lonely in a world so cold,
In my caring arms, it's you I'll hold.
And if a day comes, when you're lost and alone,
Remember I love you,
And with me,... you're home.
