LOVE'S SHIFTING SANDS.

As a morning sun climbs high above
Below on earth, humans seek love
Some will be successful, other will not
All hold memories, never to be forgot

Over a lifetime, heart has overflowed
Of times when skin and eyes glowed
Tears of joy, and heartbreak too
Neatly filed, remembered on cue

Following dreams, until they die
Hiding tears, as hope doesn't cry
Yet for some, love holds their hand
Other walk forever, is shifting sand....

gnj4u....Joy...thank you for the comment......I can imagine how you are looking forward to the better weather...we in NZ have experienced peaks of weather changes during our passing summer, which is still the warmest on NZ record.....so although we complained about the humidity...I guess very soon we will be complaining about rain, which is a NZ winter.....Kathy NZ
