CHOOSE LOVE AND LIGHT

Each earth's journey will always end
We'll miss a loved one or a friend
Why be sad when souls are free?
They're closer to God than you and me.

Hearts are not made of stone and steel
Joy and pain we'll always feel
Happiness and sorrow are so real
Life and pain are a package deal
Choose love and light, a way to heal!

I'd say tears for the living, cheers for the dead since we still have our daily battles in life while they are resting in peace.

Yes they are closer to God then us and at times I envy that. Pain and joy - happiness and sorrow a lot of times go hand in hand. Thank you so much for sharing.
