The storm in her eyes
Her eyes so dark
The spark no longer there
She walks along the beach
Tears stream down her face
She wipes away her tears
Chills run down her spine
She turns and walks away
Memories swimming In her mind
Of a man she loved long ago
She can smell the scent of him
She can feel his breath upon her neck
He Whispers in her ear
I love you my dear
She turns around
To find the man she loved long ago
He’s eyes are damp
Her lips quiver
He cups her face in his hands
She starts to cry
She thought she’d never see this guy
He takes her in his arms
He softly kisses her tears
She runs her fingers through his hair
She can’t believe he’s here
She knows this can’t be real
The storm returns to her eyes
The spark is gone
