I started in the years 2007 and 2013 as they had a massive layoff one week before Christmas that year. I left at 13.45, and returned in 2013 starting out at 9.50. I have gone up from there quite a bit. The only problem is that someone starting can make what it took me 12 years to achieve in just their first raise. Not very fair, but I am sure it is like this other places too.

About this poem:
I made a list back in 2015 and 2017, though I couldn't find the data. I am pretty sure the totals have lost a lot from those years as the turnover rate here is very high. We had over 300 come and go in 2007, and another 500 come and go in 2015.
