if I could I'd drop my clothes at the shore and become a mermaid and swim out but cold would come and my tail would turn to feet again! Ugh! I'd then have to return to shore before sharks start nibbling on my toes
Beach goers don't know what surfers know: in mating season there r tons of sharks just beyond where humans swim in a frenzie surfers r on top of the surf they think they r safe & fast: they can see the sharks

If u ever book a vacation to Hawaii or Australia do your homework the booking agent won't tell u that the signs on the beach when u arrive will say no swimming on the beach: pools only
Poisonous box jelly fish in mating season their venom can put u into dangerous seizures painful to the E R all day and damage to the heart, agents also do not warn u of the various cone shell harpoon of venom
With no anti-venom that a child or adult can pick one up off of the beach and die within minutes
