MOVEMENT AND MUSIC.

Movement to music, the two combined
Brings happiness to many, dancing a line
Whatever the age, ability or time
Smiles and laughter, confirm all is fine

Doesn't matter if training, leads the way
Or enjoyment the factor, making the day
Special activity, in sharing that gives
Freedom from tension, to healthily live

Simple movements, bodies can relax
Allowing the music, to release not tax
Lifting emotions, so special and unique
Fun filled activity, for everyone to keep

Thank you Lily for reading and leaving a comment.....although line dancing is not something I did until these last few years, since it is ballroom styles that I taught, my experience and equipment allow me to stand in locally, and how the ladies enjoy it once a week proving how much good those couple of hours do....and as some ladies are in 80's and 90's.....they are wonderful, allowing the music to guide them though sequences with a smile on their face.....Of course, they have a hearty morning tea....so can't diet but certainly get exercise.....NZ Kathy dancing danceline dancingsanta

Yes REDEX....its like years drop from the dancers, especially if the music is from their younger life....even a 96 year old keeps in step......thanks for the comment....and have a lovely Christmas.....NZ Kathydance sheep we aren't all sheep here, but we have a lot....rolling on the floor laughing snowman2
