Whether you believe in evolution Or perhaps you believe in creation All living things that dwell on Mother Earth Are obligated to her for their birth
And what about the magnificent Sea Where all the life forms there exist freely Through the clouds, Sea supplies Earth with water Which living things need to grow and prosper
Sky houses the clouds which provide the rain That falls on the Earth again and again The setting sun lights the sky brilliantly Creating a scene of wondrous beauty
Earth, Sea and Sky exist in harmony Comprising a glorious Trinity
I am in awe of the wonder and glory and talent of a mind that is capable of and wise enough to ~ think freely about all existence ~ and in addition have the talent and ability to so brilliantly share it with others.
How beautifully you have penned what I feel is perhaps the most harmonious and calming writing that I have ever been privy to.
I cannot stop reading this and think it will become a daily 'prayer' for me.

Thank you very much for your awesome comment; I am humbled by it. I simply sought to express the harmonious unity of Earth, Sea and Sky. I am extremely happy that the piece evokes such a wonderful emotion in you.
My relationship with Nature is at the core of my existence. I sought to express this in my poem:
“Dedicated to those who experience a direct personal connection to Nature independent of any explanation. (Any attempt at explanation detracts from the immediate empirical quality of the experience which is the focus of this piece.)”
So happy to see you on here Socrates. I'm keeping a low profile as have had problems with one poet on here accusing me of things I haven't done. But then....
Good to see you back. Have missed all the old poets.
