The V-8 I loved

Boy toy you'd say
The V8 I'd loved
That wonderful sound
I miss so much

With tape on the foot
She stooped
While driving
And rear-ended

A stack of cars
Now I rarely drive
I don't care...
But that V6, ah!

Agree, my friends had 1960's Chevrolets, on slowing down they would drop them down a gear on the auto and earthquake the neighbourhood. I had to live with a peppy 4 cylinder, hardly compared.
