Blue Mountains aging outing

Mum and two daughters
from Taiwan visiting
escorted to the mountains by train,
saw the 'three sisters' and clambered
down the Giant Stairway 900 steps
rough hewn and wearying,
on aging legs aching thinking
'Oh old now, I should not
dare do such things again!'
(but doubtless shall)
