It is not evil, that is a human conjecture. it is just experiencing the nature of duality. 'God' is only positive energy but choosing to experience separation creates what we experience as negative. You are no more responsible than anyone else. Everything and everyone is connected, even science agrees now. There is no separation. Try reading Quantum reality/Quantum physics as a means of explaining this, and of trying to define consciousness.
