We are all connected

You may have heard it said before
that you are who you believe
and your want should not exist
that what you think should be, will be
and you create your own reality with your thoughts
I can advise you now
that your thoughts affect everything around you
everyone and every object, for all are in fact one
that you are consciousness
consciousness is the sum of these same thoughts
and all consciousness is the sum of everyone
that separation is just an illusion
and once you can perceive this nothing will ever be the same.

Lovely poem! I see you are familiar with the holograph universe principle---internal thoughts project---then existence reflects.

The Oglala Sioux say mitakuye oyasin---we are all related. True, the grand illusion on this planet, is that we are so different.
And cutting edge science is suggesting that we are all entangled on an invisible plane, and that consciousness can indeed warp matter.

Anyways, great job putting it in a poem. I should go in that direction.

Now then boys, let us not complicate matters. Quantum physics demonstrates that atoms are too 'sticky' to be entirely separated, causing puzzled scientists to declare. 'I would not have made the universe this way.'
Thoughts affect reality. Each thought, as does every form of life, has a 'vibration' like a musical note, which pertains to its light quality/energy or level of consciousness. It is this vibration that effects everyone else, due to the interconnectedness, thus we can create are own reality, to an extent. The word that holds the highest vibration is 'love'. Thoughts have been found to effect plant growth and all manor of things.

Yes, no truer indeed! Donne says in his "Meditation 17" that "No man is an Island entire of itself" and T. S. Eliot too says in his article "Tradition and Indivudual Talent" that individuals' individualities too are conditioned by the society, its culture, and traditions. I think he even employs your original psycholgical term "consciousness" too. A great contribution!
