To Love and be Loved
is a dream to be had,
with all of it's wonders
to be shared, to be glad.
But what of the love, of thy self,
is it not?
the important ingredient,
to be had,
to not rot.
To share yourself broken,
would not be a gr8 start
and would truly cause tension,
and hurt the gr8 heart.
So be fair in your dealings
when seeking a new,
to be mindful within
and to ask, is it true?
Have I done what it takes,
to make me, a real person?
or am I still in denial,
of all that's not certain.
Have I grown up enough
through my experiences of being?
and learnt the gr8 lessons
that the Universe is teaching,
or have I closed my mind up
and imprisoned my seeing.

Please think before leaping
and please do the gr8 work,
to be better prepared
and stop being a jerk.
For the human is resiliant
if we strive from within,
to project inner peace
and believe in no sin.
Pure thoughts and self honest
and a place from the heart,
is by far the more sexy
then just being a tart.
So be real and be true
and hold your head high,
cos you'll never be lonely
and you'll never say, why?
