To Beauty

When we were lovers,
No Oil of Ulay
Came between our skins

No barbed wire Rollers
Defended No Mans Land
In Bed.

And noxious Face Creams
Did not swirl across
The trenches of our blankets.

And now,
In marriage,
You repel my advances,
By your many aids
To Beauty.......

About this poem:
I try not to explain things? Im Anti Tate Modern where a piece of ART needs 4 pages of A4 to say what it is?
I can though, waffle away, if thats required...
