my love sails cross the room to embrace me merrily she looks at me with eyes of teary joy constantly she does what she wants to she listens to me she does what she needs to nothing's too good for me
as I gaze upon her face divine I sigh thankfully ever float above the earth should I touch her giddily I do what I want to I listen to her I do what I need to I give my all for her
we shall wander on our journey of adventure hand in hand and we'll carry paradise with each step forward in our land we do what we want to we haven't any rules we do what we need to we shall never suffer fools
we'll always be together we could never be without our hearts glimmer as the stars for we sing and dance and shout

About this poem:
my friend dave(goodguy) phoned tonight from nashville to ask how Lyn was (illness). I answered 'wow, thanks for asking, she's on the mend, what are you doing in nashville?' he replied 'I'm not in nashville, I said I'm in my bathroom.'...me 'oh' ...yes, hearing is the second thing to go....
Simply lovely poem.. so glad that you found eachother.. and what's better, that it is all working, and you both are happy!.. The stuff good poetry is made of, contrary to popular belief..Hugs to you both...

Lovely poem, yes to have friends does help to get through tough times. Not the dreaded hearing aid now Hope your lady is on the mend, wishing you both well

What I am going? It does seem like a piece of me is going at a time. Hard to really narrow down the order they are leaving. Hope all is well you way?
