I thought I found someone special in you, But all you are is just untrue. I demand a lot from my man, I do, But I give it back tenfold, cos I am true. Hard to know who lost out here, Hopefully you cos you didn't care. But dwelling on loss, I
I'm forever grateful.

Twenty two years ago on September 11th 3,000 shining new stars dotted the Heavens Did these 3,000 souls die in vain Did their families hopelessly suffer the pain To see our Nation now so divided Why couldn’t we have stayed solidly United We s
I don't have a big spacious home I don't have a brand new car I don't live upon a hill with a view that looks so serene I didn't know how to get such things I guess I was dumb and when I was young I didn't know what tomorrow could bring I just
An Irish invitation to an English lady. I know from your posts dear that you yearn to get away for a while.... So just for the craic come over to visit your auld poet buddy and I'll help you trace your Irish ancestry. Don't mind the poem dear, that's just the type of romantic Irish clown I can be. You'd be very safe with Mick.

Something I did write for someone really special, some years back.
One I write a while back, when the heart was dancing.

In the realm of so many words, I stumble and fumble, lost in the blur, But when I catch a glimpse of your tender face, All my eloquence fades, I'm left without a trace. And in the quiet moments, when the world falls away, I hope you'll always

When life stops giving and starts taking away Perhaps, it's because we stop loving in a compassionate way When we place our hopes and dreams upon an idea that may lift us upon golden wings they seem to wash away in silver streams When ti
Introspection
Composed on my daily walk. Wanting to clear my head to enjoy my walk, I felt some unease. I endeavored to construct a negation of meaning to quiet the mind and could be remembered. With slight changes as I stepped, this was the final result.

When the years are upon you And your friends are all gone Then you know the meaning of being alone When the years are upon you And you go through town You get a feeling you don't live there that you're just hanging around So in which direct

1. All I can say is J.K Rowling and Stephanie Meyers had inspired me write, they've been my main role models in the fiction field. 2. J.K Rowling and Stephanie Meyers had put their already learned education to work for them, basically teaching and schooling themselves. 3. So I had taken their fine example: I chose to teach and school myself. 4. I refuse to tutor my best friends and I won't Pamper them when I know they've had the same education as I had. Concerning my best friends I have a message for them: "I Have My Own Business It's Called Mind Your Own!" 5. For Christians that are born with an inborn talent from God, the Savior will cast anyone including his own people into eternal outer darkness, if they're found continuing-on keeping his fathers talent buried in the ground, he had placed in that baby before they were born. Matthew 25 The Parable of the Talents. 6. And goes for you rich Christians to. Just because you have a lot of money that doesn't make you your own God! God isn't beneath no-one! The same laws of God apply to all financial classes of men! Deuteronomy 8 5. For years they've been throwing away all their time to the world, and refusing to find out about their own skills that can best benefit them to learn how to make something out of themselves. I'm not going to do it for them! When they decide to get off their own Lazy-Butts and begin who they really are, then that's learning how to be grown-up! When you become a grown-up then you should discover you're no-longer a baby that needs your hand held by Mom and Dad anymore!
Here lies a broken man Heart shattered and torn Broken from the woman he loved She was his rose, she, his thorn He fell so deep that The oceans depth couldn't measure his love She treated him like an option He thought she was sent from above

Amazing maybe, I am holding onto with both hands. Sent to turn my life upside down and whisper "Maybe Magic is real" will see.
effects of aging
I fear if I run out of ink my thoughts will cease to flow, No longer free to roam around where they desire to go. Caught up in a stasis as my mind begins to congeal, Severed from my senses I find I can no longer feel. The proo
Update: For some reason they removed the picture off of here so cannot show it. But this poem was based on my sister-in-law's Pandemic painting she did. An ocean picture - 3 paneled - the far right calm sea with sunshine on the right and dark clouds creeping in on the left. The Middle panel dark swirling ocean waters and clouds - 3rd panel right side dark clouds and ocean but left side a rocky cliff with a beautiful lighthouse with a rainbow beam shining up through the clouds and the sun shining to the left. My sister-in-law painted the picture above the poem as her Pandemic project. She is an award winning artist.
