I am afraid of coming on line when the net looks like Harlem in NY, people yelling, accusing, showing fistas and muscels, calling nams, using 4 letter words..etc etc..

and there are many tests to prove and convict the offender.
and THIS IS MY WIEW : drinking and surfing is just as dangerous. because a drunkard is not in control of his mind and can send messages either privately or in a public cyber space to hurt people..
it may sound far fetched, but there will come a day when drinking a nd surfing will be ilegal and there would be means to check if someone is sober enough..
till then..it is safer to choose certain hours for surfing. hours when most people who drink, are asleep.
