I wonder what will be the answers. I think psychopaths are very dangerous people and maybe it is worth to know about them a little to avoid them effectively.

Wouldn't spend money on buying such book but would do research on the internet because there would be more material available instead of the "take on it" from just one author/expert/wannabe expert/specialist/wannabe specialist laugh

There is some books I know that will give you insight, but it does require some reading with a open mind and even a dictionary as some of the material in that little book can get pretty deep. I can't post the book but it is called "Games People Play" I started reading about TA in the 70's and it was very popular in that time but the ideals are timeless.
Don;t let anyone tell you otherwise, this book can open your eyes to what is going on around you. The Authors name is Eric Berne.
Hope you check it out.,,,,wow, wish everyone would
good luck with what you are searching for.

yeah,,I have that one as well,,the other is about half the size and after you read the basis for what the "games" can be understood it is like a light turning on. I have given that book away so many times I can't count..there were two women that followed his lead and wrote a book "Born to Win" and some others.."Born to Win" is really a great one too..but the first is necessary to really get the most from the other.

cherrybrandy and Uniquemom61 - sometimes I think about writting such a book but I am afraid my English isn't good enough to do it. I wonder if there are people who are much better in English who would like to do it. In my opinion the subject is interesting because nowadays there are more and more people who have ever meet a psychopath.

I might see if I can get my hands on it ...

I've read all sorts of stuff ...

I quite like "The Mastery of Love" by Don Miguel Ruiz (based on the teachings of the Toltecs)

But my "bible" for the last few years has been "Women who run with the Wolves" by Clarissa Pinkola Estés. I believe not just every woman should read this book but also every man, although the main focus is woman. Not women ... WOMAN (the essence of)!!

Maybe if you wanted to work with someone that could just understand you and put it in english, you would be able to make sure it presented the content exactly as you intend it.
I hope you do it, that would be really great.

the English shouldnt be a reason, but in my opinion to write a book on a subject you need to know everything about it,be qualified and have major experience,as well as research.still the subject, even interesting has been exploited a lot in movies, documentaries, books ,textbooks, etc.as Eagle mentioned a lot of material can be found on the net.i dont think people, who read for pleasure will buy that sort of book, maybe people who deal with these sort of problems will, providing the book is really good.good luck if you decide writing it..thumbs up

Im more into reading about serial killers. I have quite a large collection.
you could never avoid these sorts of people if they have their eye on you. They appear to be very ordinary and do not have psycho stamped on their forehead.
