For me, it depends on the subject.
If a man breaks my heart.....it will mend in time.

Good point Boomboom....a long as you stay bitter the other person has control over you..you cant move on unless you take away their control by letting it go..

its natural to become angry ..Im not saying I dont ever get angry with somethings in life because I do..extremely angry sometimes but I deal with the anger and move on from it..I had a friend who died last year a sad lonely death ..she had close family around her who had distanced themselves from her because of her bitterness towards them over the last two yrs..it was so sad to see this and witness the bitter woman she became before she died..
