Canada? I have never heard that, I always thought of Canada as a more neutral country and with a government that focuses on the needs of it's Citizen's,,,but that is just what I thought anyway.

Germany is looking to become world leader in engineering and technology; the US has the most flexible financial system in the world; Japan has the least crime... I am not sure which country has the best health care system... Korea is brilliant in educating its children
I happen to know that Bosnia has lost an entire generation of kids to the war in terms of education. That is extremely difficult to recover from because those kids who weren't educated will be responsible to run the country... then again... on second thought... we had Bush...
