I'm torn between the radial powered helicopter and the turbine powered helicopter. Oh and does the submarine come with a crew? You can't operate a submarine alone it can't be done. This must be the dumbest poll yet!
I can help you with Fred's car. We used to build them at EPA using 100 gallon yard rollers transverse mounted on two 4"x4" fiberglass posts separated 8 feet apart to support and float our electro-shock equipment when we went fishing. seriously....

i am driving it now.. a caprice classic 1995; police edition; luxury; like a livingroom on wheels; with a corvette motor; and boy can she go when i want her too !! but offers a cool sleek look when driving slow through a nieghbourhood. haha. the best of both worlds. and i have a 1989 dodge pick up truck too.. for when that mood strikes.
Mountain bike, preferably rigid. Zero fuel costs, zero insurance costs, very low maintenace costs, can go almost anywhere, can reasonably carry loads of about 650 pounds or so.
