Well, when I looked at your own pic´s background, the first thing that struck me was how so very pristine white it looks. Then I checked out your facial features and was struck by the whiteness and blankess of them.
Bit ironic for someone without without a pic to put up such a thread making judgements on other members pictures, picture content.

May be you should have put that in the opening statement ... The irony of it still makes me smile!!
It´s still a choice of yours not to put a pic up. Your reason doesn´t work for me , when I first joined CS I was teaching in a school but still had pictures in my profile. Everyone has reasons for doing things the way they do them. And I´m sure people have reasons that they justify to themselves, for postings the pics. they do. Just like you.

Criticizing someone's pictures is like criticizing how they look in real life and it isn't very nice, it's kind of childish. People do their best to put up pictures of themselves, at least they don't have a blank face.
And your excuse doesn't hold water.
I DO agree with the pictures that are out of focus. If you're going to put up a pic then it should at least be in focus.
Besides that, whatever pictures they want to put and whatever pic the Mods approve should be good enough for us. We're just members, not administrators, some in here seem to forget that.
