The term "Self-Actualization" comes to mind, but it is even perhaps a bit too broad. There is probably no one "right" answer to your question, and this is well, as this is the way of the world. Of course there are universal cooperative beliefs, such as not intentionally hurting others, not taking what doesn't belong to you, not saying something is true when it is not, and vice versa*, ; those kinds of things. I will try to tell you in a nutshell what my best achievement has been--being grateful for this life and understanding that it is part and parcel of my entire existence, which I believe will be infinite. (Understanding the hereafter begins with understanding the "here".)

Oh. the asterisk*---Given my beliefs, I do not think it is necessary to tell someone their hat or shoes are ugly, or that you think poorly of them if you don't really need to. A lie,(?). Perhaps. so in a word its "faith", right? additionally love, respect and trust from people are the most precious things to achieve i believe

naw,,, just kiddin maki...the best thing they can do is to do what they can and feel proud they did it. If it means that they spent their life helping others or even helping them self, then they did it and if they are satisfied then I think that that is a pretty good start.
