Although I believe LDR can work there are a lot of factors people dont think about...
If its 2 people from the same country its not so hard...
But from different countries you have visa,work issues to work out. If the person relocating isnt financially well of can the other support them till work becomes avaiable etc.

I think LDR's can work if you take it slow and put a LOT of thought into who relocates where. It should also include lots of visiting back and forth before any decision is made.

Im in this situation right now.
My man is living in New Zealand and will be here in a couple of weeks.
We will be discussing which of us is going to relocate.
Im not really concerned about it,just very happy ive found this wonderful man.

yes i would relocate,if she really really would like me too,everyday would be an adventure...my life would go from dull to pure adreniline overnight!!! bring it on scardy cat.

That's why I've expanded my searches to the entire continental U.S. ...!!
My biggest fear, lately... is finding Work in a new community..!!
That's why I'm paying more attention, now... to what interesting women do for a living :
Business Owner , Manager , etc...
If its 2 people from the same country its not so hard...
