The US has proposed that Israel withhold from waging an assault on Iran till the next presidential term in America in exchange for most advanced weaponry, reports the Israeli Maariv newspaper. However,the White House denies the claim.
The proposal was supposedly made during the visit of Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu to Washington, the newspaper says, citing unnamed diplomats and intelligence sources.

So, who exactly is building bombs???

I was going through some different online access news about this and it seems that depending on who is writing it you can get a lot of different feedback. I read about Pakistan helping Afghanistan defeat the USA but then I also see how they post a foto of Obama playing golf in front of the White House and another with Soldiers getting off a plane coming back. I wish there was a source that we could really get a neutral view from. I did read where the USA would stay there in Afghanistan till 2014 to make sure things are ok,,I wonder on many of these things if we ever get the truth. I just get tired of "us" the day to day people fighting with each other when most likely the politicians all have their own agendas, and it is more like them and then us...lol,,,we might all be getting to hear what each of us is supposed to hear and believe by whoever is making the news.
I know that wars are a big part of this world but can't this world ever grow up?? anyway...that's all I came up with..

Unfortunately those charged with the leadership of Iran, make no secret or rather happily promote their desire to wipe Israel off the map, let alone their Holocaust denial talk.

I dont condone America at all or even Israel's heavy handed approach but in Iran youre dealing with leaders who are clearly stupid and who would want them to have nuclear capabilities, only other fools.

America doesn't want to attack Iran !

Israel has been pushing Obama to back an attack. Obama said: okay, we will help you with new bunker piercing weapons, but do nothing until the elections. To seek backing for an attack was the whole point of "Bibi's" last visit to the US.

It would be a financial disaster if the US got involved after these idiotic stunts in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Debatable,but there is Jewish blood in the Family on the female side.Guess it depends which side you want the coin to fall.

While there is a lot of credence to the Arab-Isreali conflict being the major driver for the curent conflict, Iran has been remarkably good at rattling sabres for over 30 years and the US has always bitten like a barracuda. The problem for the US is that they don't believe that they can allow anyone to stir the pot as they will incite other 'marginal' nations to have a crack also. Russia, China, North Korea, Venzuela, Cuba etc would all, to varying degrees, enjoy to see Iran defying UN directives and US threats. I suspect it is simply that Iran doesn't like to be told what to do by a perceived Western powers. And who does?

Despite someone's dubious stat here I doubt that there is much apetite for war from American constituents these days after more than a decade of conflicts in the Middle East and I am hopeful that the US administration is a bit more sensitive to the will of its people these days.

by the way. sooner or later we have to deal with them. as far as some people on here that don't like israel. shame on you
