Albertaghost: Lol from the lady who didn't know Judea existed as a ntion.
Thanks but I'll wait for you to catch up prior to assigning you new studies.
Oh, and what is your view on the religion of Palestine and their self proclaimed right to own the land as an Islamic waif? Myself, I say let them do what they wish to do however, seeing as how they were only afforded part of that land and still wish all of it despite having given up on agreeing to the UN Resolution 181 why should they be able to own all of it I wonder.
Palestinian territories is occupied by the Israeli Government with religious freedom. Main religions are muslim, christian and judaism and probably the odd wiccan and atheist. The reason they want all is probably because it was all taken from them to create Israel. Because God said they could have it millennia before.

Albertaghost: So if it was alright to take it from the Jews who were forced out why is it not alright in your book to reclaim it from the Palestinians who were forced out while the Jews were gone?
The Jews fought and claimed, then many others over hundreds of years fought and claimed if from them and each other. MANY. Just like the Spanish in America and most of the whole world. It is NOT the original homeland of the Jewish people, so why the hell did the western world band together to take it from the Palestinian people, who were the OWNERS for the last many centuries, to create a country from the Old Testament of the BIBLE. ?????????

It's an Islamic Waif according to Hamas, the governments of Palestine. A dead giveaway is the flag.

Anyway I give up. I am wasting my time and becoming less lucid with the frustration of talking to an unevolved lump of coal. Fare thee well o ye of the tiny brain cell.

So how do you figure it is the original homeland of the Palestinians seeing as how the entire region was nomadic?
And, the only history we really can rely on is not the bible but Roman archives which state Jews were there with their own kingdom.
Unless of course you wish to use the bible which states it is the Jew's land which destroys any hope you have of making a point as it states God himself gave it to them.

Yes your posts have been fun to refute with one half of my brain tied behind my back and, watching you jump from bible to David Duke arguments with frustration in the face of cold hard fact.
Return soon as I missed you from our last few months!

I NEVER said it was the original homeland of the Palestinian, YOU DID. And if we give everyone back the land they had back in the Roman days then half the world will be changing hands, if not the whole world. As I said, I am leaving you with your tiny brain cell now to try and figure it all out, may I suggest thinking with your mouth closed. Good day sir.

If we were to give lands back to people who owned it thousands years ago very few people would have the right to stay where they are now.

Oh and one last suggestion, if you really would like to know more about the history of the Jewish people please go and talk to a Rabbi, or a Jewish person, and I'm sure they will tell you the Jewish history before Roman times. For if you don't even know these small but mighty tidbits of the Jewish people I really don't understand why you are jumping all about shouting 'Anti-Semitic!!' at everybody. You are obviously not Jewish.

godfish22: I NEVER said it was the original homeland of the Palestinian, YOU DID.
Sorry but I did not but rather played off your inferring that Jews had displaced the present day Palestinians by citing roman history which clearly states Judea as being a Kingdom. Palestine was never a kingdom or a country.
After all, you said ""Philistine/Palestine. ""
So, you obviously meant something by the above but they are not the same.
godfish22: And if we give everyone back the land they had back in the Roman days then half the world will be changing hands, if not the whole world.
So then this sentiment should continue as the Jews returned and then, the Palestinians left which means they now have no right to return to their land? You give up easy.

'Sir?' Well, you do recognize you betters but a bit less insulting would do you well as it only allows the world to see your lack of class.

You are correct. And as for seeing a Rabbi to tell me that there was a kingdom of Judea during Roman times when all historical books and any professor will tell you there was I don't need to.
You on the other hand might look up the Kingdom of Palestine and when frustrated on not finding anything of the sort wonder why the Jews in present day just don't proclaim the entire region as to be theirs rather than negotiate with the Palestinians to accept the remnants of 181.
Albertaghost: Didn't know that it was. I see lands that Palestinians were given to build a nation with and then refused by them used as firing bases to attack Israel with and then occupied in order to deny the Palestinians that advantage as is done in all wars but see no continual encroachment of non Israeli borders. Guess y0u are unaware of the complicated restrictions and conversions necessary for a Muslim to marry a non Muslim in an Islami9c country have you?
Well from what I`ve read you perceive the "truth" from a parallel universe ...

Boban1: Well from what I`ve read you perceive the "truth" from a parallel universe ...
From reality. Palestinians refused Resolution 181 which would have given them statehood and attacked Israel which did accept it. Normally when an enemy attacks you and you gain the ground from which they did so you occupy it to deny them the same advantage to do it again.
As your history seems rusty, Palestinians have never made peace with Israel hence a state of war continues so land taken in war will not be returned until this occurs.

The parallel universe is yours alone my friend.
Yep , my History is rusty and your knowledge is biased in how many cases has there been precedent about "historical right" and who else got a country/land ???
Albertaghost: Actually I am not offended but to be serious, a cult is a fringe religion whereas the major ones are not.
The term "Cult" has been used pretty loosely for many years and depending who is using it. It was once reserved for fanatics that brainwashed the followers to give all their money and many times take their own life rejecting all family and friends. But now depending who you ask they will call many religions a "cult". Oh, and "size" doesn't matter.

Well then you obviously agree with me that Israel ow2ns the land then. Heck, according to you they don't even have to give back what they took in war even without a peace agreement as Palestinians never had a claim to the land other than being squatters on it.

Considering Zionists bought much of the land from the people who owned it at the time in the twenties and then came UN Resolution 181 along with a historical right to the land as that is their homeland I would say they have a pretty good claim don't you?
The Palestinians have the right as they are the people that sat on the land from Judea to the time the British gave up so also have claim which is why UN Resolution 181 offered them the same opportunity they gave to the Jews.
An opportunity they refused which is why they have a sewer for a home right now and you wish to propagate it with silly arguments.

Size matters when the world is mad and you are one of the few who are sane.
Shall we agree to say that the main religions with their conservative base are the main while any fringe groups that do really strange stuff can be considered cults?
Or, shall we just say that anything that we are not part of is a cult?

You said;
"""“If we were to give lands back to people who owned it thousands years ago very few people would have the right to stay where they are now."""
So Israel was the land they owned a thousand years ago and they came home. They are here now and you infer they should not be there because other people are there?
If that is the point, Israel is there and the Palestinians have no right to be there as they are not there.

NO, that is a very poor description. And like I said, there are many that consider some of the "larger" religions "cults" this is a link.
If you can't figure it out than don't use the word and expect others not to make a point of it. It almost seems like you are in disagreement with anything said...that makes it a little hard to take some of it seriously..and the constant sarcasm,,,not that you are the only one..but it is 24/7.
