But it's not a treasonous action if it has senate backing.

Fool. I was being fascetious when I said that. Your leadership and administrations are dreadful and light years away from anything resembling 'great'. They would not be tolerated in this country or my own. Man, you guys have no idea about how the US is percieved externally, do you?
And for your information; the US has no control or influence in the Qatar government or Qatari oil reserve development. The major operators here are either local or Danish.

Actually it is legally possible to try the President for treason. Treason is a crime listed in the American Constitution. If we can try a President with impeachable charges, like Nixon was facing. Pretty sure the treason trial would go to the Senate as jurors, with the Supreme Court acting as a board of Judges.
Any American citizen can commit Treason. The President is a citizen first and a elected official second.
Is it likely the CiC will be charged with treason or other crime by releasing classified materials to a foreign government? No. Very unlikely that charges will be pressed.

1st it is not a weapons system that is for sale. It is a missile defense shield that has the capability of giving a protective umbrella for incoming missiles.Everyone wants to hate on America and yes we do deserve some criticism but we try to use technology for peaceful things too or in this case a defense against an aggressor. What has the government of Canada done to protect you sir from a hostile missile attack.

They do claim that it is able to defeat 'all' anti ballistic missile
defense systems on reentry. But still seem to be very interested in the VOB of the American anti missiles system to even consider the trade.

Let's go even better: Prior to WW1, many countries, especially Imperial Russia, England and Imperial Germany exchanged full regiments to be stationed in each other's countries. It promoted 'better understanding and better relations', or at least it was supposed to. Let the US and Russia do that PLUS exchange full missile batteries and crews and let's see what develops...

Sorry Boss, but I think its a meaningless Poll. America or any other nation won't give up on its secrets, unless they know that those 'secrets' are no longer 'secrets' or are not worth keeping secret anymore, or want to use it in a much larger plot.
