Ur_Knight: neither of my choices are in your list, so I'll just post them without voting...
Favorite transportation right now... totally electric energy-efficiet car that would go 500km before needing a charge
*Dream* transportation would be a jet backpack...
too bad there were not enough choices aye? my bad, i could have included solar car as well as air balloon and winged sun discs (could be more or superbly futurated?) ;)
for sure a jet backpack will be an awesome ride! not to mention would be a trend in the foreseeing future :)

bloodyAnya: i can NOT believe Princess Anne had that? ;D oh well vintage cars are just priceless....
Oh yes , she did indeed , in fact she's had 8 of those (car in bottom photo) . Other famous Scimitar drivers have included Prince Philip, the Duke of Kent, Noel Edmonds and Norman Wisdom
And that's your history lesson for tonight young lady
lifeisadream: Have you tried Ice cream made by liquid nitrogen??? (Molecular gastronomy)
Tasty and interesting.
Wouldn't the liquid nitrogen freeze the cream to quickly and not produce the texture of regular Ice cream ? I have heard of low temp processes that speed up the whiping in commercial plants but I'm shure it is not at liquid nitrogen tempatures .

That is the purpose! To freeze the mix without forming big crystals.
I have tried it at home (with yogurth) and it was interesting and tasting. Although Expensive but worth to try it!
