Nomophobia or T-Mobophobia as it is called is the fear of being without a mobile phone.
Nomophobia is an overwhelming fear of being out of contact through mobile phone which causes physical side effects such as panic attack, shortness of breath, dizziness, trembling, sweating, accelerated heart rate, chest pain and nausea.

I absolutely hate the bloody things, i need mine for work otherwise i would never have one.
It would be interesting to know how many marriages have broken down because of them, i fell a thread coming on laugh

mine is in the repair shop ... sometimes I need to call my children to their cell phones .. and wonder how they are doing to others in the same circumstances until I heard the strange word "nomofobia"
