Equal provisions all the way around! Both canoe inhabitants knew what they were signing up for when they boarded the boat. Seems the man in front is of a much higher IQ than the rower though. Supervisors/managers generally earn alot more than mere laborers/peons so possibly the man in front should receive more provisions since he is by default in the managerial position.
