Milk is very important for health,it is easy to digest.It provide all the necessary nutriton to body.

It is not easy to digest. There are many lactose intolerant people who cannot have it.
I also think that as animals do not drink human milk, it should not be otherwise. It is unnatural. They only drink it until they are weaned then they only drink WATER.

You are also right,I use goat milk instead of cow.I can digest it easily while other animals milk cause little stomach problem for me.But majority of peoples i have seen digesting it easily.If a person like me having problem digesting milk he or she can use yogurt.Cheese is also made up from milk that most of the world like to eat.I also think that as animals do not drink human milk, it should not be otherwise. well, there is nothing better for a newborn ( mothers milk) and if its good for a baby ,its good enough for me

I make almond, hazelnut or coconut milk. Very easy and it doesn't hurt my tummy!

I meant alternatives to butter, cheese etc.
I'm not vegeterian although I don't eat much meat. It's not a matter of who is right or wrong. Just saying that for some people it's not good because of the lactose. :)
Just like there are people who can be allergic to wheat, seafood, peanuts etc...

I was just joking to you,i know its hard for some peoples to digest milk what i do i mix up natural fiber in milk to digest it.Its available as ISPHAGOL here and in the world.------ This poll is Archived ------

I used to take pre and pro biotics and digestive enzymes, but much rather go the natural way and avoid altogether. We are blessed with an abundant variety of foods. There is plenty to choose from and missing a few items will not kill us.

Dont need any medicine because you can become addictive to that I use more yougurt drink because it cause no problem to digest it and Red meat is also not good to eat too much because it creates uric acid in the body to most peoples in our age.

I do drink milk and eat milk products, it's even recommended by a nutricion I went to.

I have problem with lactose tolerant but i solved it with using natural fiber"ISPHAGOL" and i do drink 1 litter milk and 0.5 litter yougurt milk every day which help me to perform my duties well for the whole day.I do drink milk and eat milk products, it's even recommended by a nutricion I went to.
But some posters are right, if you're unsure, get tested if you're lactose tolerant or not.

I use dairy products instead of meat. My brother swears that milk makes him unwell. I also like coffee, Coke, and buckets of alcohol. Om nom nom nom nom.
