why is it that this person cant spell correctly.is it because this person lives in south africa and is a possible scammer?
I hope that the doctors are wrong, that maybe it was just a first opinion and that other doctors have a better answer for you.
When I was younger, my family and I went through this with my grandma, she had cancer. It was terrible what it did to her and how it affected my family. At that moment I told myself that if I ever find out that I have a terminal disease, I will never tell anyone and just disappear, with a comforting letter, for them not to worry. I don't want my loved ones to suffer too.
Now that I have a child I would not disappear, I don't want her to believe I abandoned her too, this would be worse.
So the answer is never easy... it depends on lot of things.

I would also say that most of us have been out of high school for many years (49 years in my case), and it is just impossible to remember everything we learned in high school. So what if even native English speakers make a few mistakes now and then? My fingers work faster than my mind does, and I don't always catch my own mistakes when I post. Even though I'm an excellent speller, even I have to rely on online dictonaries occasionally. And to criticize those whose English skills are not second nature to them is ridiculous.

same here - I congratulate them for posting in English! I can only imagine how bad some of my posting in german has been. the translator's not a bad idea tho if u want to be understood

I agree , but if posters do want to run their posts through spell check this normally comes with your web browser & not with the site as stated earlier.On the op , surely honesty is the best policy in relationships no matter if the subject may be hard to discuss, and as the saying goes "A problem shared is a problem halved"

I would tell her, because life is about living every moment to the fullest, and that means living as you believe, and if you believe in truth, then you have to be truthful.
Honesty gives you the freedom to be completely yourself, and gives others this freedom also, to make choices that are made with thought and knowledge.
Love is a wondrous thing, and if she loves you too, or even not, true love is selfless and you must give it the opportunity to flourish, as a flower in spring. No matter the time, it is better that the world is enriched by its beauty.

Well the Dutch spelling and grammar are spot on. I am not able to spell in Dutch although reading and speaking it is a different matter. People from Europe do live in Africa you know.
