My speciality is Lemon Meringue Pie...............it´s to die for. But I can do every one of those listed!!!!!!!!!!!!
Caribbean Bananas please....and for those not privy to this desert...
Caribbean Bananas Slice a couple of firm bananas lengthwise, should get three slices out of each banana... In a skillet pan melt 2-3 large tablespoon of butter (not margarine)... Fry the bananas in the butter, add a tablespoon of brown sugar and some cinnamon powder... Remove the bananas just before they get soggy... Add 1/3 cup of OP rum to the remaining mix, heat then ignite.... As the alcohol burns off the mix will turn into a syrup...
Place a couple of banana slices into each bowl, add a couple of scoops of your favorite vanilla ice cream, then spoon some Syrup over the ice cream....ENJOY

Hans
and where do you get the Sugar-Bananas or Hog-Bananas from?
But the Dessert sounds delicious! Might use some Myer's Dark Jamaica Rum!
Jillll: I love masala tea but never had it with ginger extract.
Just press some ginger and add it in boiled water with other things its good for back bone and in cold weather,if you add some honey instead of sugar that will be more tasteful
