Caribbean Bananas please....and for those not privy to this desert...
Caribbean Bananas
Slice a couple of firm bananas lengthwise, should get three slices out of each banana...
In a skillet pan melt 2-3 large tablespoon of butter (not margarine)...
Fry the bananas in the butter, add a tablespoon of brown sugar and some cinnamon powder...
Remove the bananas just before they get soggy...
Add 1/3 cup of OP rum to the remaining mix, heat then ignite....
As the alcohol burns off the mix will turn into a syrup...
Place a couple of banana slices into each bowl, add a couple of scoops of your favorite vanilla ice cream, then spoon some Syrup over the ice cream....ENJOY

Never heard of Sugar-Bananas or Hog-Bananas.... just use ordinary bananas...
Good choice on the rum, I personally use Bunderberg rum made in Queensland Australia.
Make this desert after eating dinner as it only takes about three minutes if you have the ingredients ready.
