I went to a connecting singles get together in Glasgow - and met some wonderful people - there is a great possibility to connect this way.

like the connecting singles guy from Australia walks into the bar in Glasgow... There were about 8 to 10 ladies that traveled over from Ireland - a few fellows drove up from England, and a couple from Germany - and me from usa -
we are all charmed and entertained by the men in Scotland.

Was in a relationship with a woman on CS we met in person for the first time at a point half way between where we lived (as we lived in different countries).
The second time we met the woman came to visit me.
I am in another relationship now, I shall meet the woman for the first time when she comes to visit me early next month.

Not necesarily. I live in a country where it can be difficult for foreigners to obtain a visa.

In principle I would agree, however circumstances sometimes dictate who goes to see whom.

I guess it is something you both agree on, in my personal experience they have come to me and no I didnt force them to come they took the decision alone and it was more than great with me as I do think it is better if he comes first, but everything that is talked is understood so it depends on both persons
