Luxembourg
In Luxembourg three different ministries coordinate their efforts to respond to the needs of the homeless. The Minister for Middle Classes, Tourism and Housing, the Minister for the Family, Social Security and Youth, as well as the Minister of Health all work together in a rather complex system of shared responsibilities.
The key legislation for housing is the law (modified on 25 February 1979) dealing with housing subsidies. This law promotes access to housing for people of low to medium incomes as well as for families and helps facilitate home-ownership.
Since 1999, the Luxembourg government has been working with local authorities to put into place housing policies that will help to meet the growing demands of a growing population. In 2000, following these initial policies, the government launched an Action Programme on Housing whose primary aim is to increase and improve access to housing both in terms of renting and ownership. Unfortunately, many of the measures focus primarily on ownership and neglect the need of a large section of the population who rent accommodation.

It's my understanding that economically, the royal family's (Great Britain) presence rakes in the dough in thousands of ways. Tourists expect to see the pomp and circumstance of pageantry, the Beefeaters, The Changing Of The Guard, and all the rest. In that respect, they are useful, i.e. smaller companies' sales zoom as the crown puts its seal on everything from jellies and teas to coloring books. To us middle class and poorer, it would seem that it is extravagant to have so few have so much. There's always more to something than is apparent. I say let them go ahead and have all the fal de rol---many members of the royal family do volunteer work and use some of their salaries (sic) for philanthropic/charitable purposes. Overall, my belief is probably more good than not comes of it all, so to me that makes it a "keeper".all that because he/she has some royal father or father?

related to royals cant be to specific but think they have some place in society though there has been problems in past and present.
I certainly dont live any way like them priviledged lot somewhat jealous but end of the day am happy been plain citizen not hitting stretched economy for extravagant govt funded ceremonies.

because they say we will be better off,
and the royal family can order us to war,
i am not for or against but if some one can tell me how we will be better off after spending a few hundred million dollars just to call the governor general the president i might become a republican
lets say the queen says ( and she never would ) you have to go to war,
the government says no way,,,,whats anyone going to do,,nothing !!!

For someone so concerned about the indigenous people of Sweden, Norway, Finland and Russia, one would have thought that you would know that Lap, Lapp, or Laplanders,or Lapish as you made up for yourself, are regarded as pejorative terms. Sami would be the word you'd use.
