It would have to be seafood for me. Fish, clams, prawns, mussels, octopus, squid, etc. Plenty of artichokes, olives, sundried tomatoes, asparagus would also do it for me.
My absolutely favourite dish would be Risotto Marinara......
Mac n cheese with extra shredded cheese would do quite nicely for a week. Yum!! I make three boxes at once, and it goes awfully fast with a crew of four in the house.
candio: My homemade wedding soup or my chili. Both are spectacular, filling and simply delicious.
Wedding soup? Never heard of it. Is that where you give a man a serving, and he suddenly has an intense, uncontrollable desire to marry you? I've never had a soup like that before.
shay28: Philippine's adobo ... it gets more tastier and more yummy after three days or even more
wow I tasted this at Roatan Island here in Honduras, I had the pleasure to celebrate a wedding over there and the groom was from the Philippines and her mom made some adobo and it was wonderful just as them

That's nice Montse. Now I am thinking of cooking adobo for lunch.
