Seeing as 'vegetable soup' could cover a wide variety of dishes, I'd be quite happy with that, especially with home baked breads.

It would have to be seafood for me. Fish, clams, prawns, mussels, octopus, squid, etc. Plenty of artichokes, olives, sundried tomatoes, asparagus would also do it for me.

My absolutely favourite dish would be Risotto Marinara...... cheering

Also: Cornish Pasties with Salade Nicoisse and Black Cavern Blue Cheese dressing. A glass of Cabernet Sauvignon, too.

Mac n cheese with extra shredded cheese would do quite nicely for a week. Yum!! I make three boxes at once, and it goes awfully fast with a crew of four in the house.

My homemade wedding soup or my chili. Both are spectacular, filling and simply delicious.

Wedding soup? Never heard of it. Is that where you give a man a serving, and he suddenly has an intense, uncontrollable desire to marry you? I've never had a soup like that before.

Chicken Kiev, though a New York-style baked cheesecake that has berries in the mix, covered in a berry coulis, would be a close second.

Paella. Any type, with anything flung into it. Which reminds me , I have to go looking for a paella cooker and a separate rice steamer.
