I'd first tell them to open their eyes and look around, I'd then tell them that all that they see was put there by the older generation.

My advice to them would be don't come to the older generation for advice.

I would tell them to do better then the older generation did.

Not to leave a great big mess like the older generation for your children or your children's children to clean up after.

simple: be responsible for your actions, don't depend on anyone to help you, unplug yourself from the internet from time to time, don't trust politicians!, work for what you want, help out each other, if you cant afford a baby don't have one, respect each other, learn how to spell, learn how to speak without sounding like a moron, and use common sense if following others for others might be bigger idiots than you are.

I do kind of think that we'd all be better of if everyone over 35 was.. well, not dead that sounds harsh but just wasn't.. here anymore.

Who knows, we could make an App for parenting & common sense, and then make a proper job of the Human race.

good advice even for the "older generation" like me. Although I prefer exotic scents rather than common sense.... and stop and smell the flowers.

First don't try to grow up too fast, there is always time to be an adult. Go to and finish college. Don't get serious about anyone when you are young. If you want to get married wait until you have done all you can. Be certain about having children of your own. If you neither get married or have children, remember that I don't have to be a great-grandmother. Listen better to this advice then your parents did. doh

Don't be afraid to say how you feel and feel like you want.

Always stick up for yourself and always stick to your convictions.

When you give your word always be sure to keep it.

Never tell a lie not even what's considered to be just a 'white lie'.
That way you never to have to have a very good memory of what you said in the first place.
