Jovial1: Sometimes I think thatl we forget the meaning of Christmas. It,s not all about the presents, the kids or the spiritual mind. Sometimes It needs to be about what,s currently happening in our lives, at this moment, present or, current.
Yes, in the shops it seems to be more about spending money on presents, Is meant to be about celebrating with family and friends.

I have become a bit anti-Christmas partly because people have forgotten the true meaning of Xmas, the blatant over commercialisation gets up my nose!
But I come around as the day gets nearer and see it as a well earned break and a chance to get together with family and yes give gifts. We don't go overboard, only small family, and I figure well we only really buy each other gifts for special occasions like birthdays, anniversaries etc.??
Had a really lovely day, drinking champagne at the beach at 11 am before a gorgeous Xmas bbq at my sister's place. Beaut
