I've probably been here to long.Maybe it's time that I left only this time for good.
I've been having these really headaches lately and it makes me very cranky.
I don't have the money nor the insurance to pay to go to have them checked out.
The free clinics are free anymore.

i don't think the fast food restaurant frame of mind works on a dating site.
like many folks, i've been here a long time. i have met many interesting people, made some good friendships, and found love. but it didn't all happen immediately. initially i met and dated a couple guys from online. then i gave up, and just started enjoying the forums and the friendships. and then while i was no longer looking, i met someone very special that i love. and lucky for me...he loves me.
so you don't know how it's gonna turn out...but i do think it can take some time.

I love the meeting of the minds. I believe that through FORUM participation, we are able to know much more about people than what little is said on a profile.
There are quite a few here of whom I am in love with their MINDS!
They do not even know, lol. I love mens minds and women's minds.
And many minds I pray for as so many are bound and need to experience FREEDOM of Thinking for themselves.
I have found my FREEDOM through Spirituality for the Truth has made me Truely FREE! My Spirit continues to guide me into ALL Truth and I post about the things revealed to me. My object is to get people to THINKING. It's BRAIN Exercise!
CS is a good place and of course, like all places, there are some who do not choose to play well with others. Just laugh and with a breath of comfort, blow the rest away. Life is too short for the B.S.

A year and 4 months, have met (yet to do personally) of nice pals (thru the blogs) and nice men, but yet to be lucky with "the one".

Long enough, but sporadically...in my case, iv met one, (correction i met 3 great people from aus, ...and had a great night out, but that was always friend capacity)...and iv chatted to ..plenty, but has not worked out, sometimes u r never sure why

yes but know CS has done its job for us we dont need hurtful people with nasty comments time to leave all that behind. and look to our future

I've been on here for about 4 months actually, in that time I have met and become friends with about 4 or 5 really lovely ladies. countries that their from = New Zealand, Vietnam, Indonesia, China.
I have been interested in a couple of these ladies for a relationship, and have settled on one in particular. It took me about 3 months of "hitting" and "sifting". I started out with a fairly unrealistic view of my "ideal mate" and then after some reality checks, expanded and removed some of my "essential" criterias. It was when I did this, that I found these quality women that I am proud to call my friends (and my girlfriend).
That isn't too long.

I think there are only like 10 people from my city on here. I come for the forum only at this point....been here too long to think about.

About 6-7 years all told, I think. I have seen so many come, stay a while, stay a long time, and eventually go. I have been saddened by the departure of a fair few that I had come to know but hoping that it means they have found someone and/or made a new life for themselves. There have been sadder tales best left untold but there are still one or two left that I know.
Fortunately, for me, I am one of those who did find my partner on CS and we have been together for near on 4 years now.
I still remember many of those gone with fond memories even if one thinks its easy to have people come and go without much impact and I am still grateful to those who offered me support and kindness at times I needed it. I don't have a short memory for those who are so kind..... nor those who are not.
As well as my partner, I first met my best friend and 'Big Sis' here..... whom I love and will never forget.
