I was born in South America, Brazil. Traveled extensively there. Lived in Argentina and Uruguay (SA). Moved to the States and traveled extensively here, Canada and Mexico (NA). Been all over Europe (altogether 3 two months worth trips) but have not been to Asia. Three continents left: Asia, Antartica and Africa. The bucket list is to visit all 3, no specific countries, all over the map. Aside from family, traveling is my passion.

I have also traveled extensively, but one continent always eluded me, as much because of it's distance away as any other reason, you would have to take at least 2 years to explore I think. It is Oz.

Come to Australia, we're an Island Continent and the only continent in the world that is also a country. we don't have borders with any other country, yes it's a long way from the rest of the world but the trip is worth it. You'd be welcome here anytimecheers

I would love to check out the Cook islands (they have an awesome pirate history) and I would love to spend some time in Fiji and Bali...But then again hell! Its just too hard to narrow it down...I would love to explore the Greek Islands, the south of France, Southern Spain and Italy, just as much. I guess in the end, I just want to be globetrotting again ...I love travel! peace

My first thought was either Central America or South America. Would like to investigate retirement there. Then I saw people posting about Australia and checked that box instead. The Aussies I have run into during my travels were great posters for a visit.

Have done pretty much all of Europe, spent a little time in North America & Asia so i guess South America is on my wish list. Without properly researching i would struggle to choose between Argentina, Peru & Chile.

Good choices. Take plenty of money, drinking water, disinfectant and antibiotics and you'll have a lot of fun there. The people there are great. Just remember that a five-star hotel to them is actually a half-star hotel here. Good luck. cheers

I wouldn't have realised those items were hard to come across in South America , neither would i have thought about the hotel star system being any different cheers
