Papermate: Well if the sheep tires, you always watch them each grass and wonder how long it takes for them to chew it. By then, you'd be well off to dreamland.
I read that if you're not asleep within 15 minutes after you go to bed it's unlikely that you will fall asleep soon and that it's better to get up and watch tv or read a book then to toss and turn. When I get to the 15 minute mark I get up and drink 4 ounces of cold milk and without fail I'm asleep in no time. Sometimes I'll get up and watch tv for awhile and as soon as I feel sleepy I go back to bed.

I'm surprised the caffeine in the chocolate doesn't keep you awake. It makes sense that the sweetness helps you to sleep. Sugar is an endorphin and relaxes your mind. Even when I eat sweets during the day I feel sleepy and if I'm watching tv, I'll nod off. It's a very restful 20 minute nap.

chocolate is also good for many things... helps people get over depression, helps get someone in the mood for a lil fun, great for use during "having fun", and just plain yummy.

Haha I totally agree with you, Leon.... I find that if I have a form of exercise in the afternoon that I sleep lots better at night. If I have the nights where I cannot get to sleep I play soft relaxation music and off to Dreamland zzzzzzzzz
thats what is known as the blackout pill. most people who take one of those and somehow stay awake, wind up not remembering the events that followed..... my ex gf had long hair until we each took an ambien..... my friend recorded me giving my gf a haircut ..... it looked good,,,SHORT,,,but good. sory,,,,, no drugs for me.
When you can go for weeks never getting more than two or three hours sleep and nothing else works, you do what you gotta do. However, I don't take it until I'm already in bed and in two years have never had a problem.
