I know that is statement might offend many people, but it is the absolute truth. Legally and objectively speaking, decisions regarding government legislation CANNOT legally be made based on what the Bible says.

It should stay legal of course and Terry Shaivo was a good example of what happens when busybodies are allowed to run amok. It was no ones business except her family and her doctors but every two-bit politician and religious freak in the country turned her situation into a circus.

I worked for a years in a big Japanese computer firm. Naturally there were a lot of Japanese working there but also Chinese, as well as Israelis, Russians, Brits like me etc.

The Japanese weren't able to communicate very well in anything other than Japanese except for one guy, who also had a very GSOH.
He and I became quite good friends.

Dio...I totally understand your point - and there's a really murky philosophical line between separation of church and state, and our country being founded on the right to religious freedom.

I am making points based on the proper use of the court system based on the US Constitution. Even highly regarded political law professors such as Lawrence Tribe who recently agreed with the Supreme court's decision concerning the DC handgun ban should be overturned, based his opinion on the constitution instead of emotionally attaching his political beliefs to the case.

If you can't debate on merit and facts, then maybe you should listen and learn.

If as fetus just as our bodies might have done. I had 3 miscarriages, one I was 4 months pregnant.
My daughter had a miscarriage to a 5 month old, she is RH negative blood. So something was wrong and our bodies aborted. It's still wasn't quick kills even then, takes time for our bodies to kill and abort a fetus.

If you had a horse with a broken leg, would you go out and slowly kill it or put a bullet in its head to end suffering.
