Conrad73: OMG,now that is Phreaking Christian! Martin jumped Zimmermann,NOT the other way around! Besides, inciting to Riot and Murder is illegal, even on the WWW!
otherwise Zimmermann would be sitting in Jail waiting for Sentencing! However, the Court discharged him,and told him that he had no further Business with that Court!
I think Zimmerman went looking for a fight feeling confident he could protect himself with his gun. When Trayvon turned out to be more of a challenge than Z expected, and was getting as good as he gave, he decided to pull out his hidden weapon and kill a teenager who was just trying to protect himself. Zimmerman had the unfair advantage. (imho)

Radiance40: Peter will pay for paul and paul will pay for all, and its going to take place on foreign soil, one way black peole will get justice, whether on St Croix, St Thomas or the other Caribbean islands, innocent blood will be shed, make no mistake about that. we are fed up. If its on the other islands there wont be any extradition laws nor death penalty, the world is watching and waiting to get justice for Trayvon.
I still can't seem to use the "quote" function so I'll just throw this out there. I have read several posts and I can see many that it looks a lot like anyway that they are thinking about the way laws are supposed to be enforced in "their" home state or country. But I was reading some, and I have not read in depth the laws on self defense or the laws in Florida about where the line is drawn. I did see that in 2006 they adopted a 'Stand your ground' which did not apply at the time the article I read was written. But I know in Oregon for instance that line of defense would not work. You have to have a very clear show of the fact that you are in danger of being killed. And not because you confronted someone. But that is here. Each State in the USA is very different, even if we share some commonalities. And the person that mentioned that the man never warned him to "stop or I will shoot",, That is just never going to work for a citizen to say such a thing. That would make it sound like you were hunting someone or you were a law officer taking down a dangerous wanted criminal. But what another said is true, that it really matters to the people of that state. Not other places. I think that is why some people get a bit confused in that the USA is not a single mind set. It is a place where each state takes on completely different ways of living and thinking.....and within that state there is variance as well. but maybe some commonalities that might be shared even by people that disagree on other things.
As for the racial card, it is two individuals from different cultures. The White Man was not there, though I see people still acting as though he needs to pay.(whoever he is) I have always told friends and practiced this myself, that is that when moving to a new state that you need to really research all the laws, from divorce and common law to things like this and laws on wrongful death and to what point you can defend your home and family without being incarcerated. IT is not the same and these can effect your whole life!
I've been hearing and reading some strange things in the news and I'm so so thankful that my parents didn't raise me to be a bigot.
I have a feeling all this isn't going to end soon.
My guy read on a Consevative site this evening that some people said that they were going out to kill themselves some Mexicans. It's obviously this society has gone totally wacko.

A Mexican CAN be predjudiced against a black, and they often are very much so. If it were ME walking around that neighborhood, would I have seemed "suspicious"? I don't think so!

How do you know a Mexican can be prejudiced against a black person?

“There is a pattern of George Zimmerman making dozens of calls to 911 over several years, frequently about young men of color,” Benjamin T. Jealous, the president of the N.A.A.C.P., said in an interview on Sunday
Your problem here is that you think the American criminal justice system, instead of deciding guilt or innocence, should, in fact, decide morality or fairness. That latter is not its purpose. There is no evidence introduced that proves Zimmerman was a cop "wannabe" in the normal sense of the word. He wanted to be a cop, trained physically to meet standards, worked on a neighborhood watch-patrol organization, where he routinely operated within its parameters and legitimately held a concealed weapon's permit in Florida. That his previous experience with black teenagers caused him concern and interest on patrol, due to a rash of burglaries in the neighborhood, is obvious, and should be to anybody with half a brain. The defense wasn't allowed to introduce the fact that Martin was a troubled teenager, who had been found in possession of stolen goods, and pot in the past. He was already on the way down the same hole as many troubled teenagers, particularly black youth, whose chances of living to the age 25 are seriously minimized. Martin wasn't the holy, innocent child that the media has portrayed him, the information about his background was kept from the jury - and they found Zimmerman not guilty anyway. Get with the program, the case is over, Zimmerman is not guilty, right or wrong, forget about it, there is nothing to be gained from rehashing that which six average American housewives decided was justified use of deadly force

Therein lies the problem.
Not to mention many Americans come across as a bloodthristy lot, and seem to love their drama and violence, as you can see from this thread, and many others.
we need more Zimmerman like people to clean the streets from rubbish people.Martins color has nothing to do with my statement. But his kind's behavour.Zimmmerman is da man

There is no evidence to support that other than Zimmermans word but you keep repeating it like it's fact!
In fact there was plenty of evidence to disprove it which the jury overlooked for some reason. The most damning being the evidence from Teayvons friend he was chatting to on the phone.
Use the formatting code to the right when you're writing a post Chris. The last one allows you to quote if you cope and past the post you are answering into the middle of it,.
This just seems to be one of the most wackiest cases I've ever heard about.
I'm sure the medias ratings are going sky high.
I've read several different accounts in regards how most of a neighborhood witnessed what happened between the 17 yr old and Zimmerman. Then I read about that the police found no actual wounds on Zimmerman and then I read where there are wounds on Zimmerman's head etc.
Then I read about how Zimmerman was told by a police dispatcher not to approach the 17 yr old.
