No they don't... UN resolutions should become mandatory for all countries to observe. If not all UN countries under the UN flag,they intervene and impose,the resolution.

The 5 permanent members,working as one voice, In the UN,are strong enough to enforce the will,of UN resolutions.Example=Turkey on Cyprus and Israel in Palestine.-

wasting time and money.... as you have countries with veto. It is not a "United Nations", but a arena to make "some believe" some decisions legit.

does not make any sense, and it is a corruption arena.

Compared to what else? The League of Nations? You'd have to say yes, since the League of Nations did nothing. The United Nations would win by default, if only because of the UNICEF penny jars.

You'd be surprised how much the League Of Nations did achieve!
Without it,the UN would have totally to start from scratch!
