chad_michael: Just been making my way through all of the Roy Jones Jr's fight tapes. I think he was a brilliant fighter and am a strong believer he was pound for pound the best of all time. Loved the Ruiz fight! Made history there.

He was a very good boxer in his day but not in the top 10 best ever or anyway near it. When he was rated the best pound for pound boxer in the world he avoided a lot of opponents.
He is fighting Steve Collins soon. The fight will be a joke. Two old men long past their prime. They should have fought in the mid to late 90's. The fight should not have been sanctioned.
