Hi Ali.
You've listed some qualities and the list could be endless.
For me the most important is someone who speaks my own language and who's living near by or almost near by.
When you get older you many times forgot the languages you've learned, in my case English for instance. So, when I'm old enough I wouldn't know what my partner is saying to me, if he speaks English!
Of course, there are always emergency cases, when love hit you by an accident. Then everything is possible!
